Inviting Members
Add team members and collaborate on your infrastructure.
Invite colleagues to your team so they can help manage servers, services, and addons.
#Sending an invitation
#1. Go to Team Settings
Click on your team name and navigate to team settings, then select Members.
#2. Click Invite
Click the Invite Member button.
#3. Enter their email
Provide the email address of the person you want to invite and select their role.
#4. Send the invitation
Click Send. The person will receive an email with a link to join your team.
#Invitation details
- Invitations include an expiration — they need to be accepted within the validity period
- The invited person will need to create an hav.sh account if they don't have one
- You can see pending invitations and resend or cancel them
#Managing members
Once someone joins your team, you can:
- Change their role — Promote or adjust their access level
- Remove them — Revoke their access to the team's resources
Removing a member from a team does not delete their hav.sh account — it only removes their access to your team's resources.
